When planning a get-together with family and friends it is easy to over do it and create a lot of work for yourself. When I was planning my hubby’s 50th birthday party, I was determined to keep it simple for me and fun for the guests. So when planning the menu, we decided to make hamburger sliders. I winged an easy recipe and it turn out so delicious! Everyone of the guests devoured them and all of the ladies loved the smaller portions. Several in attendance had weight-loss surgery and appreciated the smaller size too!
Delicious Hamburger Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs
Lawrys Season Salt
Granulated Garlic
Granulated Onion
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Slider Buns
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the meat, eggs and seasonings. Use an ice cream scoop to measure out your meat to keep them uniform in size. Make the patty approximately 1/4 inch larger than the bun – around 3 inches in diameter. Grill to perfection and serve with condiments and veggies of choice.
Note: I made 5 lbs at once so I am not sure about the seasoning amounts but it was well seasoned and tasted fabulous. The eggs helps the smaller patty stay together while cooking – I used 3 eggs in 5 lbs and it was just right.

I love a good burger! And sliders are always a favorite around here. I can fool myself into believing that I’m actually eating less, lol.
Yum, I’d like to try this with turkey meat. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
