All Natural Cookies With No Eggs or Dairy

Every one I know is making changes in their eating habits. Some because they want to lose weight. Others due to some type of food issue or intolerance to something. Many I know are gluten sensitive. Others cannot eat wheat or dairy. Thankfully, in my household, I am the only one with food issues and I can manage them rather easily.
