Over the past 2 1/2 years I have introduced you all to Umi who sells some of the best-made children’s shoes for both little boys and little girls. If you are unfamiliar with this company, Umi prides themselves on manufacturing children’s shoes that are made of high-quality materials, stylish in their appearance and all of Umi’s shoes are super comfortable for our children to wear.
Now that Spring is approaching my 5 1/2 year old grand daughter need some new sandals for Spring. We already purchased her a new Easter dress and wanted some sandals to go along with it but ones that could also be worn for many months later. We opted for a dressy-casual pair from Umi.
We selected the ARELI girl’s sandals in a beautiful blush pink color (with a metallic shimmer) that are accented with silver-toned studs. They have 2 adjustable hook & loop closures, one that runs across the vamp of the foot and one on the ankle strap. Even though she can tie her shoes, we still prefer hook & loop closures because shoelaces are always coming undone!
The soles on these shoes are heavily cushioned so she can walk around for hours while wearing them in complete comfort. The outer sole features a nice tread pattern which consists of a pink flower. Adorable!!!
As with all Umi shoes, the workmanship is just impeccable! The stitching is perfect, the style is beautiful and the comfort factor just can’t be beat! These sandals can be dressed up with a nice Easter or Spring dress or worn with her summer shorts, skirts, skorts and capris. If pink isn’t your thing, other colors (including white) are available.
** Please note: We purposely ordered the sandals a little bigger than what Gia currently wears because we wanted them to fit from late Spring through Summer. You will want to order true to size!

I like the Celia sandal for my granddaughter. I am also glad that you mentioned having purchased those sandals in a larger size than your granddaughter needs right now, but unless that picture was taken several months ago, I don’t think they will work for this Easter!
