The Snipe Hunt – Indoor Outdoor Hide and Seek Game

The Snipe Hunt - Indoor Outdoor Hide and Seek GameEvery parent has those days now and then when their kids are simply driving them insane. They’re bored, they’re hungry, there is nothing on TV, their toys are no fun the complaints are never ending and trying to get anything done is impossible. Instead of losing patience, parents can now send their kids on a hunt to find a mythical creature hiding in their home.

The Snipe Hunt game turns a classic camping story into a real life game. Simply turn on the Snipe, find a good hiding spot for it and send your kids out on the search! As time passes, the Snipe will begin to make noise and its eyes will light up to help clue kids in to where it is hiding.

This game is for ages 6 and up and can be played indoors and/or outdoors, plus it will accommodate multiple players. The game includes the 1 base, 2 Snipe characters and 4 AAA batteries are included.

The Snipe Hunt - Indoor Outdoor Hide and Seek Game

Object of the Game: Be the first team/player to find the other player’s Snipe and return it to its nest. Basically, it’s a Hide ‘n Seek game and you need to find the SNIPE quickly to win!

What is really cool is that you hide the SNIPE and after 2 1/2 minutes the Snipe will start to chirp. After 5 minutes the eyes will start to blink. This will help the player to find the SNIPE and return it to the nest to deactivate it. Each SNIPE has an on/off switch located on the bottom.

Munchkin has missed quite a bit of school so far this year thanks to the miserable weather in the northeast. She is about ready to climb the walls because she has been cooped up inside. We got out the SNIPE game and explained to her how it works. I then hid both of the characters and she had to go find them.

We really had a fun time playing “Hide ‘n Seek” and it kept her occupied for hours. We would take turns with one of us hiding the characters and the other one finding them. I must admit, I hide them much better than she does! LOL
