If you are looking for an awesome workout Dvd to tone and tighten, have I got a workout for you! If you thought you couldn’t do barre at home, guess again! Suzanne Bowen created BarreAmped with is based on the classic technique with a neutral spine and a solid foundation of proper alignment to help trim and tone everywhere you want! I was thrilled be able to check out this workout.

BarreAmped Cardio Fat Burn was created by Suzanne Bowen to help you elevate your heart rate to burn fat using high intensity intervals combined with body changing barre exercise. You’ll do Tabata style workouts, longer cardio intervals, low impact fat blasts, and sculpting exercises to hit every main muscle and truly see what BarreAmped motto “Shake to Change” means! You can do one workout, mix and match them, or even combine them with other BarreAmped DVDs.

As typical there is 2 other people with Suzanne as she walks you through each workout so you can choose to follow the one that is right for you. I love the beat and and this is a workout for those that are in pretty good shape and really want to tighten and sculpt. I love the Cardio Burn. I was able to do a lot of it, but here were some portions that really kicked my butt! Plus I was following the beginner girl too! I took lots of breaks, but what an awesome workout!

The Cardio Sculpt and Cardio Core are challenging and really kicked my tail. Suzanne is excellent at talking your way through each movement so that you have the correct form. She reminds you to breathe, hydrate, and just do what you can do. She is very encouraging and pushes you in some ways so you really burn the fat.

This is definitely a DVD for the experienced. If you are just starting an exercise routine, there are some parts you can do and this will really help to challenge yourself too. I love the idea of becoming stronger and this is the workout to help with that!

    I’ve had her BarreAmped Bootcamp DVD pinned since it came out and would love that one and of course this one. I have two of her 10 Minute Solution DVDs from many years ago, the Pilates one and Blast Belly Fat, but have none of current DVDs.
