As typical there is 2 other people with Suzanne as she walks you through each workout so you can choose to follow the one that is right for you. I love the beat and and this is a workout for those that are in pretty good shape and really want to tighten and sculpt. I love the Cardio Burn. I was able to do a lot of it, but here were some portions that really kicked my butt! Plus I was following the beginner girl too! I took lots of breaks, but what an awesome workout!
The Cardio Sculpt and Cardio Core are challenging and really kicked my tail. Suzanne is excellent at talking your way through each movement so that you have the correct form. She reminds you to breathe, hydrate, and just do what you can do. She is very encouraging and pushes you in some ways so you really burn the fat.
This is definitely a DVD for the experienced. If you are just starting an exercise routine, there are some parts you can do and this will really help to challenge yourself too. I love the idea of becoming stronger and this is the workout to help with that!
