We were sent some party goodies and the DVD so our family could hold a movie viewing party! We had planned on a dozen guests but due to the north east snow storm we ended up with just 6. Oh well. The masks that they sent along were super cute and you can see them in the photograph below.
Anyway, we all sat down and watched the movie together and really enjoyed it. The Munchkin was totally enthralled with it and it’s really different than most animated movies that are there which made it nice. It was very entertaining for both the kids and the adults.
After the movie we was over we called out for pizza and wings. We had planned something different for our food but we are snowed-in here in the northeast and just went for a pizza party which made all of the kids pretty happy.
The Book of Life is out on Blu-ray and DVD now and we highly recommend you pick up a copy today. It is a great animated movie for family movie night for sure!

I think that your party was great even though you didn’t have all the guests. The masks are very cute and the movie sounds like an epic fantasy animated movie I would love to watch.
