Secondly, Most coconut oils come in a solid, but to use it as a liquid all you need to do is warm the oil first. 1 cup of solid oil will equal approximately 1 cup of liquid.

So how do you use this interesting ingredient?

It is an excellent oil to use for many different types of cooking. It stands up to heat well and blends beautifully with many flavors.
