There is something special about the mountains and something special about Yosemite. It is a magical place in many ways. Hidden in a valley, the way the light plays upon the sharp granite walls and the amazing light shows that flicker across the water, Yosemite is a paradise for those that love to photograph nature’s beauty. I am no different. Each time I visit, I find something new and breathtaking.
A few weekends ago, I headed to the hills and found a gorgeous path that took me to Hidden Lake. There was not much water in the lake but what I found at sunset, took my breath away. Enjoy the Golden Mountains of Yosemite.
I haven’t gotten there yet but everyone I know who has visited is so enthralled with the beauty. It is certainly a place on my list.

I’ve always wanted to visit Yosemite, but I’m no where near there, lol. Oh, well, I am in KY, so it’s not a long drive to see the Appalachian Mountains.
Yosemite sounds like a wonderful place, it’s always nice to get away and be alone with nature.

I do miss the Colorado mountains where I used to live. Don’t miss that snow though. Wish I lived closer to some California mountains but your pics help.
