Fresh from the Farm Natural Body Milks

February 22, 2015 by Classystaff

FarmHouse Fresh hand creamAre you searching for a hand lotion that is portable – something you can pop into your purse to moisturize your hands anytime during the day? I just found that FarmHouse Fresh bestselling body milks are now available as travel-friendly lotions! I was sent a few to check out and cannot wait to share them with you!

I tried the Ginger Sorbet Body Milk and Fresh Melon Body Milk. The first thing I noticed is the cute packaging. Shannon McLinden, CEO of FarmHouse Fresh said the Company incorporated nostalgic motifs and the feel of handmade paper when creating the packaging. The prints on the tubes (which I am guessing are made of aluminum) match nicely with the color of the inside of the box. The Ginger Sorbet Body Milk box says “Our cows eat sorbet” on the side and the Fresh Melon Body Milk says “Our cows eat fruit cocktail” – very clever!!

The packaging is also printed using vegetable based inks. The boxes are open on the front so you can view the Body Milk tube, but there is a sleeve that slips over the box and keeps the tube from falling out of the box. I would probably keep the tube right in the box and pack it in my suitcase when I go on vacation! Each sleeve has an adorable cow picture on the back!! The pictures just make you want to say “Moo!”

The Ginger Sorbet Body Milk is a very delicate moisturizer. It is infused with Vitamin E and rich rice bran oil and is lightly scented with notes of grapefruit, ginger and cream. The fragrance reminds me of a yummy sorbet!! The Body Milk melts easily into your skin and the scent is soft enough to use with your favorite perfume.

The Fresh Melon Body Milk is also a delicate moisturizer with the same ingredients, but is softly scented with summery notes of cucumber, melon and grapefruit. It also melts into your skin immediately and the fragrance reminds me of a summer day!

Each product in the FarmHouse Fresh line is made with up to 99.6% natural and naturally-derived ingredients. The products are Paraben and Sulfate Free and the fragrances are all natural or phthalate-free. Many of their products are also Vegan and Gluten Free.

Both fragrances of Body Milk I tried left my hands soft and silky. The Body Milk absorbs immediately and leaves no sticky residue. This means you can use it anytime and be assured that it will absorb into your skin quickly so you can get on with your day.

I’m have a tube of FarmHouse Fresh Body Milk in my purse and look forward to having silky hands every day!! Stop by and check out all of the great bath and body products they offer! Beautiful products made with beautiful ingredients fresh from the farm!

This sounds like just what my skin needs this winter. The air is so dry and you can tell it on the skin.
