Weight Watchers 10 Minute Belly Butt and Thigh Toneups DVD

Got 10 minutes? Now it is possible to work on a section of your body in short spurts for increased energy and flexibility! I am thinking these people are trying to break down our excuses and this DVD is proof! HA! I got to check it out too.

Weight Watchers has teamed up again with Anchor Bay and brought us another great home workout set with this new dvd.

These days, everyone is pressed for time and fitting exercise into busy schedules is more difficult than ever. That is why we created this collection of 6 workouts that are short, sweet and super effective. Some of the routines target one specific area like the belly, butt or thighs. Others tighten and tone multiple muscle zones like the upper body, lower body and core.

Each workout is designed to grow with you as you get stronger. They offer beginner, intermediate and advanced variations that make it easy to get started and go at your own pace. You can choose just one 10-minute workout on a given day or you can mix and match several to create a longer workout. So regardless of your schedule or fitness level, this program is a great way to starting toning up–10 minutes at a time.

Optional equipment: a set of 3-10 pound dumbbells

My thoughts: I love a custom workout. I am not in perfect shape but a continual work in progress so I enjoy that I can flip through a workout and focus on one part today and another one tomorrow. Mixing up a work out is a great way to break a plateau you may be experiencing plus really target the areas on your body that need it. Everyone is different so using a workout like this one is perfect.

With different people to follow through the routines depending on your fitness level, each set is pretty easy to follow and work through. The intermediate and advanced levels are pretty intense so this is a good choice for those looking for a challenge too. With 6 different workouts to choose from, there is something for each day of the week, or mix and match two or three in a day. This is great for adding after a walking routine when you are warmed up.

We all know that women have the toughest time with the midsection area and the Weight Watchers 10 Minute Belly, Butt, & Thigh Toneups is a great choice for a quick workout, or a longer one, depending on your day.
