My thoughts: I love a custom workout. I am not in perfect shape but a continual work in progress so I enjoy that I can flip through a workout and focus on one part today and another one tomorrow. Mixing up a work out is a great way to break a plateau you may be experiencing plus really target the areas on your body that need it. Everyone is different so using a workout like this one is perfect.

With different people to follow through the routines depending on your fitness level, each set is pretty easy to follow and work through. The intermediate and advanced levels are pretty intense so this is a good choice for those looking for a challenge too. With 6 different workouts to choose from, there is something for each day of the week, or mix and match two or three in a day. This is great for adding after a walking routine when you are warmed up.
