    I don’t formally make resolutions, but there are a few things I have consciously decided to work on, like getting where I need to go on time. I’m early/on time for doctor appointments, etc, but when I tell my friends I’m going to meet them somewhere or pick them up or whatever, more than likely, I’m at least 15 minutes late. It’s not fair to my friends to do that and several of them have said how frustrating it has been for them to wait for me, so I’m working on being more reliable.

    HealtHappy New Year – My family was never big on New Year resolutions. And then I grew up seeing other people making huge resolutions that never lasted the day. That said I find myyself focusing on health and better foods. No specific diet or exercise plans though; I need to revamp my grocery shopping so the family in total has better choices with each random selection they make whether it is breakfast, entree or snack.
