When I think about reading books about the paranormal, it tends to freak me out a bit. I never was one to go looking for the topics about the unknown or the “other side”. But after getting sucked into this book by Erin Quinn, I have to say I was totally involved with the story, in a big way! For you romance genre lovers, you may not want to miss this one I was thrilled to review.

My Thoughts: This book is the second in a series that started with The Five Deaths of Roxanne Love. While I did not read the first one, I am definitely going back to pick it up after reading this one – book two – The Three Fates of Ryan Love.
This book captured me from the beginning. There is no slow start or wind up to this read. It starts with a bang and does not let up! I was immediately enthralled by the main character, Ryan. He is sweet, kind, endearing, and oh, so hot. The authors descriptions are amazing. She is a very gifted author and tells a wonderful story full of suspense, twists, turns, mystery, romance, and so much more.
While the paranormal aspect of the book is not one that I normally read, the imagination and detail that is used by the author had me creeped out in many spots, but I was in full buy-in and could not put this book down. This story can stand alone, as there was enough reference and explanation when characters from the first book showed up. But because Ms. Quinn had really captured my attention with this storyline, I am going back to get the whole story. I am sure it is just as awesome as this book!
If you love a great love story plus suspense and mystery, you have to check out this book! A 5 Star read!
