Homemade Radish Chips Recipe

Now that the holiday season is long gone, it is time to get back to healthy eating once again. I don’t know about all of you, but I packed on a couple of pounds over the holiday season and looking to get it off before Springtime arrives.

*** This recipe is courtesy of Medifast.

Homemade Radish Chips Recipe

3 cups red radishes, washed and sliced thin
2 tsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
10 sprays cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix radishes with olive oil and spices.
3. Lay the radish slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chips are crisp and lightly browned.

Hmm, I admit I wonder if they would be good. Radishes are not really my favorite food, lol. But I am intrigued, since I never thought of turning them into chips.

This is my kind of recipe. I haven’t seen a sale in a while but often our produce is 4 or 5 bunches of radishes for a dollar and I stock up. They keep for a long time and this would be the perfect recipe to use. Must pin it too. Thanks.

These look very different. I am not much seeing radishes in the supermarket right now, mayne soon we will. I like radishes quite a bit these might be good.

I am not a fan of radishes , but my husband loves them. I might like them more as chips, so I shall be trying this recipe when next I buy radishes.

these look good! I love radishes in salads. I have never had radish chips before. I might try this out. I’m honestly not much for chips though but I would like to make these for someone as a gift or something 🙂 Thanks for sharing.
