Cute and Stylish Boots for Winter by KHOMBULiving in the north east means every woman needs a good pair of winter boots. Our winters are harsh, cold and at times…very wet with freezing rain, sleet or snow. For many of us, we like our winter boots to be super comfortable, practical and fashionable all at the same time.

Let me introduce you to the company called Khombu who sells women’s, men’s and kid’s boots! You can find all kinds of boots from ankle boots to knee-high boots. If you are looking for a great pair of boots this season, check out all of the ones that Khombu has to offer.

I received one of the newest boot styles called the “Quechee Stingray” in a gorgeous deep brown color. These boots are temperature rated to keep your feet warm in temperatures up to -20 degrees! The Thermolite Insoles provide exceptional warmth and are odorless and non-allergenic. The insoles retain thermal warmth, even when damp.

The boots have a very nice rugged out-sole that will keep you from slipping and sliding on wet surfaces. The back heel is about 1″ high with the front being a 1/2″ so you are NOT flat on the ground.

Their styling reminds me of the popular “duck shoes” from the 1980’s but much improved and definitely much more stylish. They have adjustable lacing running up the front and are totally lined inside with faux fur. The outside cuff are of each boot is trimmed in a contrasting color faux fur which really kicks up the notch on their stylish appearance.

These boots are dynamite! I’ve been wearing them since receiving them. They keep my feet nice and warm and toasty dry. In addition, I wore them one day when we had freezing rain & ice and I didn’t slip & slide like I usually do. I love the traction I get when I wear them. You can wear your pants/jeans tucked into them or wear them underneath if you are wearing wide legs or boot cut jeans. They are super comfortable and I just love them!

    I think I like the Quechee Stingrays, the ones you reviewed, the best. But if I had to choose a second favorite, I’d have to say the Bryce style. The Mavis are cute, but I like the boots with the fur the most 🙂
