Coconut Cucumber Gin Fizz Recipe
The holidays are now officially over but for many of us…we still have a little bit of celebrating still left to do. For myself personally, we have family arriving next weekend from out of town and will be hosting a little party just for them.
Today’s cocktail recipe is courtesy of Coco Joy Coconut Water. Looks delicious!!!
Coconut Cucumber Gin Fizz Recipe
2 oz. Coco Joy Coconut Water
2 oz. gin
1 oz. Lime sparkling water
Fresh Lime wedge, cucumber slices and basil for garnish
Slice fresh cucumber and mint leaves and place in the bottom of a glass
Muddle and fill glass with ice. Shake Coco Joy, Gin, and sparkling water and pour into glass. Garnish with fresh cucumber, lime and mint.
