Mailbox Monday for December 1st

Every Monday, we love to share some of the neat things we got in our mailbox the previous week and we encourage all of you to tell us about the special things you got too! I am excited to actually have something special to share today. I have done a lot of work with the great folks at Good Cook so it is exciting to share a special mailbox score that showed up unexpectedly. As a thank you for the work I did earlier this summer, I as send a cool watermelon knife and a set of flexible cutting mats. I love these mats, not only for the ease of use, but that they are color coded so you can keep one for chicken, one for beef, one for fish, etc. The watermelon knife will get a lot of use in my kitchen too!
