2 Element Yoga Fitness DVDs for a Healthier You

Life can be crazy especially if you have a houseful of people over the holidays! How do you de-stress and relax when you are at the end of your rope? Many people I know use yoga. It is a fabulous low impact – no impact, really – method to working your body and mind. It is wonderful for calming your mind, channeling your stress and improving your strength and fitness no matter what level you are with your body. New from Anchor Bay, I am excited to share with you two new DVD’s that will help you through the holidays and into the New Year.

I am always looking for methods of fitness that will help with my strength and flexibility. I love doing Yoga moves because of the low impact. I may not be very flexible and can’t hold poses for very long, but I figure some movement is better than none and we all have to start somewhere! For beginners, working out in a studio or at a gym may not be of interest to you so having great workout DVD’s available to you is just the ticket. Anchor Bay offers an awesome collection of workout DVDs that will fit every level of fitness.

You have your choice of Strength & Stamina, Energy & Flexibility, Core Power, Stretch & Restore and Stress Relief & Meditation. This is a perfect all around workout DVD for all of your body’s needs.

With the New Year on the way, so many people start looking for ways to reach their health and fitness goals. Even if you are a gym rat and love to workout, adding a relaxing session of two of yoga a week can make a difference in your body and overall well being.

    I love yoga but the only way I have to do it is either by an app on my phone or on my Wii. Would love to have this so I can use the TV!

    My daughter had cancer at 7 now at 25 she had tried a yoga class the hospital paid for the class and she liked it so I know she would love doing this at home.

    I have some health issues which limit the way I can work out, especially the older I get. I already use a cane much of the time, but I have heard from my cousin that yoga dramatically helped her back issues and she is not only off her cane but doing advanced yoga
