Two years ago I had the pleasure of reviewing the best shower mat that I have ever owned from SlipX Solutions. To this day…that shower mat is doing a wonderful job at keeping me from slipping around in our shower. Not only that, after 24 months of use…it still looks beautifully!
SlipX Solutions is back again today and this time around we are featuring one of their new “Cloud Shower Mat with Microban” to review for all of you. This shower mat is pretty to look at but even more importantly, it is comfortable to stand on!
It features 8 large suction cups which helps it to adhere properly to the bottom of your shower floor. It has a powerful Microban protection that inhibits the growth of odor & stain-causing bacteria on the mat surface. I love that because your mats usually show mold first and I love that it will repel that.
Overall it measures 23″ by 23″ in size which is perfect for any walk-in style shower. The special flow-through design eliminates standing water and speeds up drying time. Yes folks, you can place this mat right over the top of your drain just like we did! When it needs a little cleaning you can do that by hand or you can toss it into your washing machine on the gentle cycle and then air dry.
If you have been reading our blog for awhile now you will have read that I had a total hip replacement 1 1/2 years ago. It is very important that I don’t slip or fall while taking a shower. Furthermore, I need some cushioning underneath me when I stand because standing on a hard surface causes me hip pain. I am telling you this because I want you to realize WHY I love this new shower mat!
Now when I get in the shower I am securely in there and NOT sliding all around. The water is not piling up and my feet are not swimming in 5″ deep bath water. When I stand on it I am completely comfortable! Calling it the “cloud” shower mat is the perfect name for this product! I just love it!

Thats neat you can put this right over te drain. I especially like that you can throw it into the washing mashine or hand wash it when it gets too dirty.

This is such a pretty shower mat and I would love to have this in y shower to protect me from slipping. it is wonderful to be able to safely machine wash it.

Great name and review. It’s nice to know that this lasts. They often get moldy or start slipping so this sounds like a good one. Plus, the added benefit of machine wash is great.
