Christmas Dinner: Ham or Turkey

Christmas is ten days away now and I am sure many of us are super busy these last few days leading up to the holiday. I know for myself, I have been busy wrapping gifts, cleaning the house, decorating, baking and of course, cooking!

So, that leads me to our question today. How many of you cook a ham on Christmas? Turkey? or do you do something else? For Christmas…we always make a nice ham and a roast beef. That way dinner guests can choose whichever one that they would like.

Do you typically make Christmas dinner and host guests at your home or do you usually go out? Do you go way out and make a ton of different dishes or do you just whip up a few basic things? For those of you who do cook…do you stick to the same old family favorite recipes or do you like to experiment with new ones every year?
