I swim 3 times a week and shampoo and condition my hair afterwords. I use a hair dryer very seldom.
Boy, my hair seems to get worse every year. It used to be really full & a little bit too oily if I didn’t wash it every day. now it’s thinning & dry! I guess it really does change as you age.
Thanks for this one great tips that I had not known about. I have noticed that my hair looks and feels so much better since I stopped washing it everyday and it has been growing like a weed. I also only use the hair dryer when I have to.
