Treat Your Cold & Flu Symptoms with Smith Bros ProductsWe are now well into the month of October and cold and flu season is upon us. Already this season my family has had colds and on top of that…miserable sinus infections. Let’s face it, most of us will get hit at least once this season if not more!

Today I want to introduce you to Smith Bros. and some of their health & wellness products that they have to offer. These products can help to boost your immune system and can help to relieve your cold & flu symptoms when they occur.

For my review I received a complimentary wellness pack to check out for all of you. Here is what it included:

* Immune Support – Supports the body’s natural immune response & helps fight occasional fatigue & boosts energy. Contains vitamins B6, B12, C & Zinc.

* Restore Wellness – Recover faster, fight fatigue & stay alert after illness with this electrolyte replacement & wellness supplement. Contains B6, B12 and Guarana.

* Night Time Cough & Congestion – This product will temporarily relieve nasal congestion, cough, body aches & pain, sinus pressure, congestion & helps to reduce fever,

* Non-Drowsy Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu – Temporarily relieves nasal congestion, cough, body aches & pain, sinus pressure, congestion and reduces fever. This is a non-drowsy formula so its great for daytime use.

Some of the products are in effervescent tablet form and others are in a powder form. In addition, I got a variety of different flavors to try out like Orange Zest, Mixed Berry, Citrus Blast and Honey Lemon.

I am a chronic sinus & congestion sufferer and I swear, I get congestion and/or a sinus infection every 2 months if not more. I hate that pressure in my face and I certainly hate all of the nasal drainage that I get.

During the daytime I have been using the Non-Drowsy Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu formula in the Honey Lemon flavor and LOVE IT! I pour the packet into a cup of warm water, stir and then sip on it until it is gone. It mixes up really nice, dissolves completely and there is nothing gritty. I also like that there is no nasty after-taste either.

Right before bed I like to use the Night Time Cough & Congestion formula in the Honey Chamomile formula. It has a little bit of acetaminophen (fever reducer) in it which seems to help alleviate my sinus pain. I do find that it does a great job and I sleep better since the nasal congestion & pressure/pain is temporarily relieved.

In between I have been using the Immune Support in the Citrus Blast flavor to help combat fatigue and to help boost my energy. I am hoping that it will build up my immune system and hopefully I won’t get some many colds this season.

    I learned today at the store that what I thought was Smith Brothers cough drops was just throat drops, made for soothing the throat, not stopping a cough. I clearly must not have read the label when I bought them before. They’re good for a sore throat, though, & taste great!

    I have used Smith Brothers cough drops for years… since I was a little girl… and I am 74 now ( SHHH ) I LOVE the Black Licorice cough drops and am curious about all the other products they supply. I have had a VERY hard time finding my favorite cough drops ( the black licorice) I wish they were EVERYWHERE~! This is a terrific opportunity to try their various products because I KNOW they are quality products~! I am a believer~!

    I rarely sneeze, which I have been doing for the past three days–uh oh. Anyway, I thought their Warm Apple Pie Throat Drops sounded yummy, cold or not! I think the smell of an apple pie would make me feel better instantly too!
