Spoil Your Pet with PetBox

I love surprises and I especially love treating someone else to a wonderful surprise, even my furry best pal, Colby. I was really excited when I got the chance to review a PetBox from Petbox.  I have wanted to try this service for quite some time, so I was really jazzed when I was asked to review one (with Colby, of course).

PetBox is a monthly delivery service that offers your furry friend fun and healthy new pet products. Whether you have a dog or a cat, this company offers a goodie box that any pet will love! PetBox does all the work researching the best and coolest toys and treats for pets of all sizes and breeds. What is really special is that there are multiple plans to choose from (a month to month subscription, a three-month subscription or an annual subscription), so you can customize this monthly box of happiness however you please, which makes it easy to work in to just about any household’s budget.

There are four boxes to choose from: the Snack Box, the Deluxe Box, the Premium Box, and the Multiple-Pet Box. In addition, you can also decide whether you want to select the items yourself each month or if you prefer to be surprised, you can have the PetBox staff make the selections for you.

We received the Premium PetBox, which is the company’s most popular box. There were five items included in our box—a bag of dog jerky treats, some doggie waste bags, all natural nutrient water, a can of premium dog food and a lawn protector product that prevents your dog’s urine from staining the grass (who knew?). It was a fun assortment of items and Colby enjoyed the jerky treats the most. This particular box didn’t include a toy, so my toy maniac didn’t get to play with something new, but he was pretty happy overall and quite pleased that the delivery guy actually brought him something and showed his appreciation with a series of growls and barks (the usual).

Here is what I think makes the PetBox subscription a pretty cool gift idea and worth trying out:

1. The company offers free shipping, which I feel is a must these days for any web-based business.

2. PetBox is helping rescue dogs and cats with every PetBox that is purchased. That scores big points in my book.

3. High standards and variety. The list of items to choose for each PetBox site is quite large and I was impressed by the premium, high-quality products they offer. All of the treats are sourced from the United States and are made with the highest quality ingredients and most of them are also organic and/or grain free.

4. The flexibility of the box makes life easier if you ask me. I love to spoil my dog and I am limited on time to spend perusing at the local pet store. I love being able to do this online and have it delivered to my door. I could be lazy, busy or a combination of both—whatever it is, I’m okay with it as I love the convenience.

This is a really unique and great way to show your snuggly best pal some extra love. With boxes starting as low as $7.95, it’s definitely worth a try and would even make a wonderful gift for a new pet owner.

    Of course my dogs would love all of the toys, but I’d love to try out the BioPel Natural Pest Defense Spray. We live in the south and we have pests all year round. I would love to be able to use a natural way of repelling fleas and such!

    With the number of dogs and cats we have, almost all of them would find one that would love it–but will pick the peanut butter and banana treats for the purpose of this statement.

    It will be a hard choice however after reading and sharing data I found to be interesting with friends & family… my choice would be the Laser 5-in-1 Pet Toy.! For this reason I might even give this to a family that has almost nothing as a Christmas (holiday) wish with inspiration to them that there’s someone that cares. Over a period of time it also might be a great gift for that of my relative that has taken the honor of adopting 4 cats and still feeds others that are outside during the night!

    My dog would enjoy the Essential Ball they have. His favorite toys are balls and especially tennis balls but he likes anything that bounces. That is why i chose that because i know he likes it.
