I have a stand mixer, peelers, sharp knives and several cutting boards. I wish I could have a separate freezer, but we don,t have the room.
I found a great peeler at a home & garden show. It’s the easiest one I’ve had in my 60 years of peeling. Sharp knives are good to work with.
Stand mixers are big things for many bakers. For us, a good knife, lots of counter space, a toaster oven, and a crock pot are big musts. A blender is also nice. Making treats equals nice pans and wax paper. A good lists for all and to build off of for an enthusiast. Happy cooking everyone!
Good list–all those things are a great help in the kitchen. One thing I would add is a good skillet, preferably one with a lid and that is oven-proof. A well-made pan like that has a multitude of uses.
I can’t do much about the tiled countertop in my apartment but I fight with it daily so my next place will definitely have solid tops. I could use another cutting board for sure. I should get another peeler too.
