** 2014 Holiday Gift Guide **
Holiday shopping has officially kicked in for many people around the world. For myself personally, I started tackling those gifts I need on my gift-giving list last month. I am hoping to be done before December even arrives.
When my daughter was a little girl I remember buying her a View-Master and numerous view reels to go along with it. Now that I am a grandmother to a little girl and a godmother to a little boy…I love giving them classic toys just like this one!
For our holiday gift guide I received the Discovery Kids View-Master 3D Viewer Gift Set to review for all of you. This particular set is on the “Age of Dinosaurs” which is just perfect for my dinosaur-loving god son!
Nick is 4 years old and this item is recommend for ages 3 and up. Perfect for him! It includes 3 reels that have 21 images on them. The iconic View-Master has a fresh new look:

It is packaged in a peek-a-boo box with a pre-loaded reel so I was able to view the first reel without removing it from the packaging. I plan on giving this as a gift to my god son so I didn’t want to open it up.
The graphics are absolutely AMAZING! A lot better now in 2014 than they were back in 1990 when my daughter was little. Those dinosaurs look like they are about to ROAR and JUMP right out of the View-Master. I love those 3-D effects!!! Super Realistic!

I am glad that View-Master has improved its look and its product so that the pictures look even more life like. This is a perfect gift for young dinosaur lovers.
I can’t believe View-Master is over 70 years old. I loved mine as a kid. The Hello Kitty one looks adorable and these are priced very afford ably. I think the dinosaurs pack would make a good gift too.
