I always get excited when fall comes along. Cooler temps and the changing season are so pretty to watch and enjoy. I don’t live where a lot of the leaves change and we usually have blooming flowers into late October and sometimes even December, depending on the weather. I have even had roses in December!
This week in my garden, there is still a beautiful explosion of flower blooms and for those of you that are seeing cold temps already, here is a blast from summer for you!

So pretty and much needed. This weather has been interesting. We are record lows one day and upper 70s the next. Crazy! It’s cooler here now, and the mums are in bloom. Beautiful bright yellows, burnt orange, and deep reds. Great description – explosion of blooms – and so pretty.
What a pretty border! There’s not much left blooming here in Downeast Maine. I’ll be bringing my potted herbs indoors any day now. Thanks for sharing your pretty purple flowers.
We still have temperatures in the 90s as well, so all our flowers are still going strong. I have added some fall colors with some Mums. Thank you for sharing your beautiful flowers
I enjoy seeing colorful flowers at any time of the year. Most of the flowers around here have died. Yours are still thriving and beautiful.
Yes, it’s getting cooler here. I like seeing flowers any time.
