This book is like the bible of home herbal remedies! I found a ton of great easy-to-prepare recipes & remedies within the pages of this book. I found some remedies I can use with my 5 year old grand daughter, remedies for my husband and I and even remedies that I can use with my 67 year old mother! It really does cover the entire family!
I am loving this book and I will be turning to it when ailments arise and I am sure I will be getting a lot of use out of it. While we do take prescription medications, I am hoping we can cut them down by trying out some of these natural remedies within the book.
