Now that fall is on it way, it is time to make the last few treks to my favorite place – the ocean front at Pebble Beach.
I am definitely a water lover and one of my favorite spots to unwind and relax is the beach. On the west coast, we have a lot of beaches that are smooth and some that are rocky. The area around Monterey and Pebble Beach are on rocky side. That makes them a favorite place for the sea lions and seals to hang out.
This picture features Seal Rock, a place where you can sit and watch the seals lounging in the sun, swimming and enjoying life. I love this picture because it is towards the end of the day, rain clouds overhead and the colors are muted so it seems almost black and white. Such a relaxing place to be. I think it is time for another visit!
The play of light in this photo is stunning. I did think that this was a black and white picture until I read your post. I would love to be there and relax, unwind right now.
