150 Best Dips and Salsas Recipe Cookbook

September 16, 2014 by Shelly

150 Best Dips and Salsas Recipe CookbookMy husband and I do a lot of entertaining here in our home. At least twice a month we have family and/or friends over for dinner & a little party. We enjoy these special times and are always looking for different dips and salsas to serve. After all, people want to try new things and not eat the same old thing over & over again.

150 Best Dips & Salsas is a recipe cookbook that is jam-packed with 150 mouthwatering recipes and is your one-stop book on these types of appetizers. Most of the recipes can be prepared ahead of time and they cater to a wide variety of tastes & satisfy many different dietary preferences. Many of the recipes are simple, but because they’re made with fresh ingredients, they’re incredibly delicious!

Title: 150 Best Dips & Salsas
Publisher: Robert Rose
Authors: Judith Finlayson & Jordan Wagman
ISBN: 97807788004857

There are 200 delicious recipes in this book. I love how the author’s included various hints & tips with most of the recipes plus you will find some mouth-watering photos sprinkled in the book too! Here is a sampling of what you will find:

* Sumptuous Spinach & Artichoke Dip
* Feta & Roasted Red Pepper Dip
* Tuna Tapenade
* Oyster & Bacon Dip
* Asparagus Salsa + Basic Crostini
* Pineapple Mango Salsa
* Santorini-Style Fava Spread
* Black Bean & Salsa Dip
* Champagne & Raspberry Dip
* Plus Recipes for Chips, Flatbreads & More

Some of my personal favorite recipes in the book are:  Feta Cucumber Dip, Green Tomato Salsa (great way to use up end-of-season green tomatoes) and the Margarita Mango Salsa. YUMMY GOOD!!!

This is a “must-have” cookbook for those of you who like to entertain or who are looking for some great dip & salsa recipes that are easy-to-prepare. I am giving it a big 2-thumbs up!
