Spoil Your Pets With Zukes All Natural Treats

I love a well trained and behaved dog. Nothing is worse than a dog that will not listen and misbehaves when there are visitors at the home. Love and attention are what any animal craves and with that as a basis, it is usually not hard to get a dog to listen and respond positively. Of course, positive reinforcement is always appreciated, especially when it comes in the form of a treat. I have been blessed with wonderful dogs in my life and I love to reward with small treats occasionally, especially when they are all natural and healthy for my pet. I was sent a selection of treats for Lou to try out and review for you and your pet.

Zukes Pet Treats has been making great tasting all natural pet treats for dogs and cats in the USA since 1995. Born after the owner realized that his dog Zuke needed extra protein for energy during a hike, Zukes has been creating all natural power packed treats for dogs and cats ever since.

Let’s face it, our animals mean the world to us and feeding them right makes all the difference in how they feel while playing, working and relaxing. Exercise is important for our pets and so is the right foods. I realized this in my own Louie when he started having issues with his coat, itching and gaining weight. Now the only foods that he gets are packed full of healthy meats and veggies for dogs. The Zukes products are a great addition for him.

We were able to check out their Z-Filets and the Mini Naturals in many of the flavors that Zukes offers. The z-Filets were an awesome addition to his diet as they are 80% meat. With no grains, this makes a wonderful treat for Lou. We like how soft they are and they you can easily tear them into pieces for smaller dogs. Lou can gobble up a whole one too. He gets one after his walk and after playtime and it puts a smile on his face. With Chicken, Beef and Venison flavors available, he has enjoyed each one.

The Mini Naturals are a wonderful mini reward for bigger dogs and a perfect size treat for small dogs. These little nuggets of joy come in a multitude of flavors. I love that they are only 3.5 calories each so you can control the calories, if needed. These are a great size for training or just because. Lou loved them and especially enjoyed the different flavors.

    Skinny bakes, cherry and berry my girl would love. We have to watch her calories she does tend to get a little heavy. Mostly b/c my husband thinks anytime is a snack time for her.

    My dogs LOVE Zuke’s treats! I like to use the Mini Naturals for training (Peanut Butter is their fave) and they also enjoy snacking on the Beef Z-Filets. I think the next variety that we will sample will be the Power Bones.
