It’s that time again…another “Almost” Wordless Wednesday has arrived here on the TCC Blog.
Back on June 29th we took our little grand daughter to the Hershey Zoo, better known as ZooAmerica to spend time with us on my birthday. The Princess loves going to Hershey and is always up for a fun day with Nanny & Pappy.
Today’s photo is one that I took of her and my husband looking through the glass at the bear exhibit at the zoo. They have a small pool there in the exhibit where the 2 bears can hangout & play.
On this particular day both of the bears were in their den taking a nap, so the Princess was on the hunt looking for some fish. She kept asking Pappy over and over…where are the fishies Pappy? After standing there patiently at the window…she finally spotted several of the fish (we believe they were carp) which really made her day.
Yup, our grandchild loves animals, especially animals that live in the water!
I love this photo because I shot it from behind which made for a fantastic photo! Remember, you don’t always have to shoot your subject matter’s face! I hope you enjoy this little “sneak peek” into our lives.

I think that this is a great photo and shows how interested both were in looking at the exhibit. The pink dress against the greenish colors really stands out.
Oh, that is so sweet! Granddaughter and grandfather, sharing a moment. Your heart must have been melting.
I think it’s a lovely photo. Did the bears ever come out to play?
I love this photo and you are so right I love taking photos of loved ones when they are not looking at the camera. I also love black and white film the best. Looks like you guys had a wonderful day at the zoo. I love the zoo and I love to visit new zoos when I travel. Love animals and always have they are so special.
