Hubby and I were both stunned, shocked and saddened by the news last evening regarding the passing of Actor & Comedian Robin Williams. This is just very sad that he was clinically & chronically depressed and felt the need to take his own life.
Sam was a HUGE Robin Williams fan since his favorite genre of movies happens to be comedies. I am not a big fan of that genre but did love Robin Williams in the One Hour Photo movie where he played a crazed man lusting after another man’s family. Hubby loved Mrs. Doubtfire and Good Will Hunting to name a few.
Robin Williams will be missed!
Do you have any favorite Robin Williams’ movies that you just love to watch? TV shows? If so, please tell us about them in our blog’s comment form below.
Blog Changes: The posting of the daily topic will be cut down to only 4 days a week as I am having a hard time keeping up. Also, it might be published early in the morning, mid-day or in the evening…whenever I get around to it…if at all. Sorry gals, I have a job and time is becoming very limited these days. Winner announcements will be included when one is posted & if one isn’t winners will still be emailed that day. Thanks for your understanding.

Congrats to the winners. I’m still in disbelief over this tragedy. Of course I’m sure the public will never know all the details around his death, but it his me like a ton of bricks. I grew up with him and loved his comic genius since Mork and Mindy. I guess Mrs. Doubtfire is one of my favorites. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
I gasped out loud last night when I learned the news. I LOVED Robin Williams and I am still saddened and shocked over his death. I loved him in so many movies Good Morning Vietnam, Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Will Hunting the list goes on and on. What a loss……..
I have liked all of Robin Williams’ work and am just stunned and saddened by his death. What a loss to us all. I can only imagine how his family must feel. Depression is a serious disease and I hope that his death raises awareness and saves other lives.
It is so sad hen someone feels there is no other option but to end their life. I hope that his family can find some peace through all of this. Definitely a talented man that made his mark on the world.
I am taking his death very, very hard. I don’t normally do that with people I don’t know but Robin’s is like a 2×4 between the eyes.
My favorite movie of his is “Hook.” This movie is in my top 5 favorites ever. “I believe in you, Peter….”
