Quick and Easy Pork Steak Recipe

One of my families favorite meals that I make is something super simple and quick to make. It is one of my 30 minute meals or less meals. My hubby would be happy having it several times a week if he could. He often says he would love to bottle the smell of it cooking. LOL

Pork Steaks are a cut of meat that you may find in your meat case. It is cut off of a roast and usually ranges about 1/4″ to 1/2″ in thickness. I love to pan fry these in a touch of oil in a stainless steel or cast iron pan with my favorite seasonings of:
Season Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper

They take just 5 minutes per side or so and come out so good!

Alternatively, I have made them with a Asian Soy Marinade as well and thrown them on the grill and they are amazing too! Hope you try them and enjoy!

This is a cut of pork that I’m not familiar with at all. But it sounds like it’s right up my alley. If it can’t be done in a crock pot, then 30 minute meals are my next favorite. Looks awesome too!

I don’t think I’ve tried that cut of meat before. Will have to look for it.
