To celebrate 30 years of growing imaginations, the award-winning Pretend & Play® Calculator Cash Register is now available in a special limited edition- only while supplies last, so I suggest picking it up while you can.

This particular educational toy is made for children ages 3 and up or in grades Pre-K and up. It is perfectly sized for small children and is realistic looking with cash register sounds which adds more fun to it.

Product Includes:

* Solar powered cash register
* 30 actual-size pretend bills

* Pretend credit card
* Activity guide

The pretend actual-sized bills includes the $1, $5, $10 and $20 denominations. The plastic coins are also actual-sized and include faux pennies, nickles, dimes and quarters. I love the chubbier sized number keys because it is easier for smaller children to use. They get frustrated if buttons are too small if you know what I mean.

This pretend & play cash register/calculator is great for creative play. Gianna loves using it when her and her friends “play” grocery store. I love that it is teaching her valuable math skills in a way that she is having fun while learning.

There is an included activity guide that parents or teachers can use with their children. It has some great activities that you can teach to your child to help them learn math skills which help to prepare them for school.

I really love that Learning Resources thought of everything! You get plenty of paper bills, plastic coins, a plastic faux credit/debit card and a little memo pad of white paper which fits perfectly into the slot on the cash register. There is nothing separate that you have to buy.

Overall, this is a really impressive “pretend” cash register and one that every child needs! I think it is absolutely fantastic and I am really glad that we have it since Gia will be entering Kindergarten in a few weeks & this will help improve her math skills. We give it a big 2-thumbs up!

    I really like this company. Their site is easy to navigate and find way more than you were looking for. My all ages and grades, they even have games that look fun to me. This is a great place to shop for educational kids toys or homeschooling material. This cash register is great because kids love “shopping” and playing grocery store. This teaches them about money being used to buy things and gives their mathematical skills a boost. Plus, it helps them understand how parents shop in the world.
