Losing Weight with OurSkinny Shakes & Protein Bars

OurSkinny Shakes & Protein BarsTypically when you think of diet shakes and protein bars you think of dull, bland and boring. Well, that is how I used to think of them until now. OurSkinny Shakes and Protein Bars are different and today, I am going to tell you all about them and our experience with them.

The OurSkinny diet plan is one of the easiest diet plans we have ever tried. Your diet begins with 4 shakes, 1 bar and 1 healthy meal. It can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus, you get email and phone support whenever you need to talk to someone.

What attracted us to this plan? Well, there are many reasons! There are no points to count, no calorie intake to keep track of, no books to read, no running out to “support” meetings and all of that other jazz. Frankly, I am a busy woman and I don’t have time for that stuff! I need a diet plan that is quick & easy to follow. OurSkinny is exactly that!

We received several bottles of the OurSkinny Shakes and a variety box of the OurSkinny protein bars to try out for all of you. I was expecting the shakes to be lack-luster on flavor but was pleasantly surprised that they tasted very good! Matter of fact, so good that I found myself craving them throughout the day. I loved the Chocolate Pro Shake and hubby loved the Cappuccino, but all were delicious!

I love that the shakes come in powder form and in a bottle. You can mix them with water, low-fat milk or with a variety of sodas. The Lemon-Raspberry we mixed with 8 oz. of Gingerale and tossed in a few ice cubes. Delicious!

OurSkinny Shakes & Protein Bars

The OurSkinny Protein bars are not bland like others we have tried in the past. These bars are moist, chewy and loaded with flavor. With flavors like Caramel Brownie, Chocolate Peanut Dream, Double Chocolate, Caramel Nut and Cinnamon Raisin…what is not to love? Seriously, these protein bars are better than most candy bars I have tried! My favorite? I loved the Cinnamon Raisin and hubby loved the Chocolate Peanut Dream.

OurSkinny Shakes & Protein Bars

As I previously stated, hubby and I have tried diet shakes and protein bars from other companies. Some we have liked, but most were terrible. With that said, the OurSkinny Shakes and Bars are some of the best we have ever tried! These are the types of shakes & bars that make you want to stick with the diet plan, not run away from it! Easy and Delicious!
