Ketel One Cucumber Cooler Cocktail Recipe
1.5 oz. Ketel One Citroen
3 slices cucumber (seedless)
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Combine first three ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

I have never tried ginger beer. This recipe for a cooler cocktail sounds interesting.
