I love that there are more than 80 full-color photos within this book along with various tips & hints to go along with most of the recipes. In addition, I love that 99% of the recipes call for ingredients I can find easily here in my city. I don’t have to run all around the state trying to find things I have never heard of.
Two of my very favorite recipes in this book are the Smok’in Mac & Cheese (yes, you can make Mac & Cheese in your slow cooker) and the Creamy Pesto Chicken and Asparagus. YUMMY Good!
