I think these days we all lead pretty busy lives. I know for me…My day begins at 5am and ends around 10pm. When evening arrives I scramble to get dinner onto the table in less than 30 minutes. Let’s face it, who has the time to be cooking for 2 hours every night when we work jobs & have kids in school. Right? Right!

Recently my family had the opportunity to try out 3 Manwich flavors: Original, Bold and Thick & Chunky. We have been buying the Original for years but had never tried the Bold or the Thick & Chunky until this review. Have you ever tried them? If so, which one is your favorite?

Manwich is a sweet & flavorful sauce that can really help you get dinner onto the table quickly. Just add your ground beef, ground turkey or even shredded pork to come up with a delicious sloppy joe or pulled pork sandwich.

I appreciate their ease of use and I really appreciate that there are no artificial flavors or preservatives. These days, we all need to be reading our food labels and paying attention to what is in our food! Manwich can help you get a full serving of vegetables into your daily diet. For those of you who have kids who don’t like veggies, this is a great way to sneak them in!

We used the Manwich Original and the Manwich Bold in regular sloppy joe recipes. You cook up your lean ground beef, stir in the sauce and heat until done. Within 20 minutes, dinner is on the table for your family to enjoy. I love Easy Weeknight Meals like this! Don’t you?

We love stuffed red tomatoes and decided to use the Manwich Thick & Chunky in our favorite recipe. Instead of using traditional tomato sauce, I substituted with the can of Manwich. We cooked up our filling on the stove top, stuffed the filling into our hollowed out red tomatoes and baked them in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. We removed them, topped them with shredded cheese and baked them for an additional 5 minutes. Oh my gosh…they were delicious! I think I am going to make this way again next week! Just use your favorite stuffed green pepper recipe and put the filling inside of tomatoes! YUMMY GOOD!

You can find a ton of delicious Manwich Recipes on their site and almost all of them are easy to prepare and can help you get dinner onto your table super fast! I spotted several recipes over there that I need to print out.

So, when it comes to easy weekenight meals…what kind of things do you like to prepare? Are you a Manwich fan? If so, which one is your favorite variety to enjoy?

I am a Manwich fan. One time I ran out of pizza sauce, and all I had was Manwich. I used this instead of Pizza sauce and it made my Pizza taste so good.

(Easy Weeknight Meals with Manwich) This would be a big winner at our house, I like eating stuffed tomatoes every now and then in the crock-pot for dinner-

My family loves sloppy joes. While easy to throw together, they also make a great meal. I recently learned some really unique ways to use Manich. It really is very versatile and can lead to lots of meals. My daughter just made sloppy joe stir-fry and before that she used it in a microwave meatloaf. I wasn’t sure about the meatloaf, but it was really good. I look forward to checking out their site for more recipes.

You know, I love Sloppy Joes, but I’ve never tried Manwich. I didn’t realize that Manwich doesn’t have artificial flavors or preservatives. It sounds like the kind of thing I should have in the pantry. Love the idea of using it as a filling for tomatoes! Thanks for your review.
