Creamy Egg Salad Recipe

Creamy Egg Salad Recipe

I think there are some recipes that are family favorites like Mom’s Macaroni Salad or Grandma’s Potato Salad. In our home Egg Salad is one of those recipes. We love our egg salad full of flavor and it is so good, the kids around here eat it with a spoon in a bowl, just like the picture. Who needs bread? LOL We eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner and even snack time too. It is a delicious and easy to prepare meal and it makes great sandwiches too.

My husband makes a good recipe and I wanted to share that with you today. Always a classic!

Creamy Egg Salad Recipe

12 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
1/2 cup Mayo
2 shots Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp Onion Powder
5 Baby Dill Pickles, minced
2 tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
Salt
Pepper

In a small food processor, you can mince up your eggs and then add to a medium bowl. Or use a fork to finely mince the eggs. Also use the food processor for the pickles or mince by hand and add to the eggs. Add all of the other ingredients and blend completely. Taste and adjust for your tastes. Refrigerate before serving so flavors can come together.

This sounds like a good recipe. It almost combines tartar sauce with regular egg salad. I have never added dill pickles and pickle juice to egg salad and it is a great idea.

Your Hubbys recipe has a few extra Seasonings that lack in my recipe! Ha! Pickles & a little pickle juice sound great but I am hesitant with adding the worchestershire sauce! Lol! But I will give it a Shot!! Have a great Day! Thank You for sharing!

I now think that my egg salad is boring. I like the Worchestershire Sauce and onion powder additions.

This sounds so good and one I have got to try. I don’t think I have had Worchestershire Sauce in it before and that sounds good. I love real mayo in it and lots of it.

My spouse loves egg salad but I don’t make it for him nearly enough. He works from home, so it’s a great lunch idea. I bet the Worcestershire sauce gives this creamy version a big flavor boost. I’m going to try it for him! Thanks for the recipe.

Oh My!! Sounds so good!! I grew up eating egg salad and it is one of those things I have really forgotten about when I go to fix an easy summer meal.

I’m with the kids! No bread needed here! I love the addition of the Worcestshire Sauce, that savory flavor is not doubt awesome. I make egg salad for my hubby’s lunch at least once a week, so he’s in for a real treat!

The dill pickle juice is a good add-in too. You always add that secret ingredient I bet, to make it taste awesome! Thanks for the recipe.

Worcestshire sauce? I would have never thought but I can see how it would definitely add a nice flavor punch.
