I have a confession. I love craft shows and street fairs. It fuels my imagination and I love to see all of the great ideas that vendors and stores come up with for products to sell and share. There is a huge show every year in Benicia, Ca they call the Peddlers Fair and this is the first year I was actually able to attend. I drove 2.5 hours on a whim to visit my friend at their shop and I got to wander around this awesome street fair that was going on. There was over 300 vendors in attendance and it covered 8 blocks with vendors on both sides of the street! It was awesome!
If you are in the area, make a note to check out this event and stop by next year. Lots are great deals and cool products. Are you a craft show/festival lover too? How often do you go? Do you sell product at shows? I used to and miss it a lot!
I love to go to street fairs of any type, not just crafts, but foods and other arts. It is so much fun to wander around and see what great discoveries can be made.
Yes, I love them too along with antique fairs and flea markets. It’s hard to attend now that I would have to be in a wheelchair, but my sweet hubby takes me once in awhile. I love to see the artisans’ stuff…so amazing how talented some ppl are with their hands.
I love going to street fairs and this one sounds like a lot of fun and huge. I love seeing the crafts and art and the great food.
Glad you got to go and I hope you find more around your area…hopefully closer. There are many types of festivals…Irish Fest, Apple Fest, Historic Days…My daughter had to go to one in college and we had fun. Unique food and art and interesting people. Lots to see and do.
My town has street fairs throughout the summer, during the tourist season. I love to go and see what the vendors have and to eat the food!
Street Fairs are so much fun and I like the street fairs where they have food. They will having Pig Out in the Park and food street fair in my town over Labor Day weekend. It is so much fun.
I go to the Cherry Creek Arts Festival every year. Lots of great art and food.
