You know when you find a fun series of books, it can seem like forever between books. I was happy when the third in this series showed up because I have been waiting patiently impatiently for this to be released! I have thoroughly enjoyed the series and I was highly anticipating this installation of the Tangled Series

It’s a good story. But it’s not our story. Ours is a lot more colorful.

When I met Dee, I knew right away that she was special. When she met me, she thought I was anything but special—I was exactly like every other guy who’d screwed her over and let her down. It took some time to convince her otherwise, but it turns out I can make a convincing argument when sex is at stake.

You might know where this story’s headed. But the best part isn’t where we ended up.

My Thoughts: What I love the most about this series is that most of it is written from the guys point of view. It is funny and insightful and just plain enjoyable. Starting with the first in the series Tangled followed by the sequel Twisted, this book Tamed picks up right in between the other books. There are many references to the other books and you get the feeling you are just inside a big story. I really like this approach as it is all in the same time frame and not 3 years later or something.

This is a very quick read and I found myself laughing out loud in many spots and trust me, that is a rarity for me. The author has this character down pat and has matched him with the perfect woman. Not some simpering woman that falls at his feet. No, he has to work for this one and it is beautifully written and very entertaining.

This is an adult novel so be aware of that but if you are looking for an entertaining series, you need to check this one out. Now, once again, I am left waiting for yet another in the series… I hope the time passes quickly because I am beginning to be a big fan of Emma Chase!
