So it is no wonder that we gravitate to the bright bold colors and America flag emblems when looking for our fashion cue for summer. My son has always loved wearing hats and clothing with the US flag displayed so we were happy to check out products from State Traditions for review, just in time for Independence Day.

We were sent the America Traditional Hat in a Waxed Canvas brown. This hat is made from 100% canvas. My son wears hats everyday and I knew this would be right up his alley. He loves the slightly distressed color to it so it looks worn right from the start. He really likes the slouch fit as it is a more traditional style. The flag emblem is on the front and it is a nice size. Not too big so that it overwhelms the hat. The back offers an adjustable strap with a nice brass clasp for the perfect fit.

Great hat! I like that their products are simple and classy. The shorts are really well done, too. Not over-the-top in your face…just a nice flag in the corner. I would like to know if they are made in the USA, but I really like the look. It’s nice that you can get the US or your state.
This hat looks good on your son. I like that it is not overdone. As you said there are a lot of Americana items this time of the year
