Squishy Microbead Travel Pillows
Several years ago one of my doctors and 2 physical therapists recommended that I try a microbead pillow to help ease some of my aches and pains. At the time, I brushed off their recommendations and went along my way.
Then a few weeks ago the pain in my upper back, neck, shoulders, lower back and hips got so bad that I was popping a lot of pills again. After a few painful and sleepless nights, I remembered those microbead pillow recommendations from a few years ago.
After doing some web searches I found the #1 Microbead Pillow Store Online. If you recall, I reviewed one of their long body pillows several weeks ago and I swear…I use that pillow EVERY night! I just can’t sleep without it!
This time around we are reviewing the new Squishy Deluxe Microbead Convertible Travel Pillow that converts from a u-shaped neck pillow to a bolster pillow. Very cool and I have never seen one like it until now.
This 2-in-1 pillow is filled with high quality microbeads that are as light as a feather. They really do offer great support and conform to your own body giving you a custom experience. While in the u-shape it measures 13″ by 12″ by 3 1/2″ and when it is a bolster it measures 12″ long by 5 1/2″ in diameter.
The pillow is machine washable and hypoallergenic. So, if you have allergies, this pillow will also work for you! Plus, if you are tired of heavy neck pillows that weigh down your shoulders, you will love this light-as-a-feather pillow!
We took our little grand daughter on a day trip a few weeks ago to an event down at the Strasburg Railroad. She wasn’t feeling too well but went along with us. She fell asleep in the car and used the neck pillow. As you can see, she was resting quite comfortably and even when she wasn’t napping, she was still using & enjoying the pillow.
After we were back, I turned it into a bolster pillow and she used it while laying down on my sofa. She loves how comfortable it is and better yet, it is light-weight. Like me, she doesn’t like those traditional weighty pillows at all. I think this one works equally as well for children and adults.
One final thing…she did get sick later that day and had an accident on the pillow. I rinsed it off, tossed it into my washing machine on the delicate cycle and then air dried it. Guess what? It still looks new! I love that it is machine washable!!! We give it a big 2-thumbs up!
