If you know me, you know I like my snacks. Anytime of day you may catch me snacking on yogurt and fruit, an apple with sunflower seed butter, crackers and hummus, chocolate, or chips and guac or salsa. I especially love snacks that combine my love of snacking goodness with my desire to eat better food. Yes, I’m aware that’s a possible contradiction. Most of the time I’m generous and share what’s in my bowl and sometimes I don’t. Now that Simply 7 sent me a bag with my name on it, I won’t really have to share. The bag says so.
