Movie: Amber Alert – Terror on the Highway
For many years I have been a big fan of actor Tom Berenger. I remember the first movie I saw him in…Platoon which is one of my favorite all-time action/military movies. Although I hate the character he played in that movie, I loved him as an actor.
Matter of fact, I own Platoon and all 3 of the Sniper movies that he starred in. Yup, I am a big fan!
I was pretty excited to hear that Tom Berenger was starring in a brand new movie called Amber Alert: Terror on the Highway where he plays another “bad” character.
Amber Alert: Terror on the Highway DVD is available for purchase starting on July 29th, 2014. The movie stars Academy Award Nominee & Emmy Award Winner Tom Berenger, Torri Higginson and Britt McKillip and was produced by reserve police officer Joseph Nasser and his brother Jack Nasser.
Synopsis: Larsan is a man on the edge, making a dead rush for Mexico and kidnapping two young girls along the way. He is hotly pursued by police chief Martha Geiger, herself a mother of two. Using the Amber Alert System, Geiger constructs a psychological trap that will brutally punish the man who came in to mess with her town.

Larsan is totally a nut job! After he is released from prison he goes & visits his ex-wife and daughter. She informs him that they want nothing to do with him & to leave. He does leave but not until after he threatens her. Once in the car he pulls over on the road and encounters 2 young teen girls. He kidnaps them at knife point & gun point and leaves their 2 friends behind (tied-up). He takes off in the car with the girls. They try a few times to escape but he catches them every time. The sheriff who is a mother is hot on his trail as well as other police officers. They finally track him down deep in the woods and…..well…I am not going to tell you how it ends.
You will have to go out and buy this DVD! It is a nail bitter and will keep you glued to the TV from start to finish! Tom Berenger as always…does an excellent job at scaring the peepee out of you with his madness in this movie! Loved it!!!
