Monogrammed gifts and home decor is something my daughter has always loved. Now that she is out on her own and getting married in a few short weeks, we have been on the hunt for some new additions for her new home.
The Spotted Zebras is your one-stop shop for monogrammed and preppy home decor. The company is based out of Austin Texas and each item is custom made. What does that mean to you? Well, no two will ever be exactly alike!
My daughter wanted something pretty to hang on their front door so the company sent her the Single Wooden Script Vine Letter in the letter “C” for her new last name.
With this product the customer can choose the size, initial and paint finish. The one that she received measures 18″ tall by 16 1/4″ wide and was painted in a navy blue finish. When ordering, you order by the desired height. The monogram is then custom cut, sanded and painted.
Once it arrived and she saw it…she decided to also display it at their upcoming wedding. They are going to hang it on the wall behind the bridal table as part of the reception decor. Once the party/reception is over with…it will proudly take it’s place on the couples front door.
This piece is extremely well-made and just beautiful. Our photos don’t do it any justice at all. Furthermore, it is very affordable starting at only $20.00 and even at the 18″ tall size, it costs only $25.00. What an affordable gift to give or to receive!

I learned that they are great to give guidelines on the sizes you might enjoy. In general, 12 inch monograms are great for pairing with a wreath. 18 inch monograms look nice hung by itself on a door. 24-30 inch monograms look great above a bed, dresser or on a blank wall. I really like the Single Curly Letter in pink for my daughter.
