Coastal Seahorse Bathroom Linens

July 27, 2014 by Shelly

A year and a half ago my husband and I moved into our new home. As we remodel each of the rooms, I have been on the hunt for new furniture and home decor items to make the rooms complete. For this, I have mostly turned to the internet since our local retail stores don’t offer the items that I need.

Recently I discovered Dot & Bo and immediately fell in-love with their home decor and furniture offerings. This store has some of the most unique home decor items I have ever seen. These are not the type of items you find in a gazillion stores at all.

Blue Seahorse Bath Mat

For my review I was sent the adorable Blue Seahorse Bath Mat and LOVE IT! I live in Pennsylvania but own a vacation home down at the Jersey Shore and it is really hard finding coastal items up here. This bath mat is a REAL WINNER!!!

It is made out of 100% cotton and measures 36″ by 24″ in size, machine washable and dry. I love the off-white background the beautiful shade of dusky blue that makes up the seahorse. Even if you don’t want to use it in the bathroom, you could use it in any room. Plus, it is super cute & would look darling hanging up on the wall.

One of the things I love about it is that its not like your typical bathroom rugs. There is NO foam backing, no loopy yarn or any of that jazz. Due to the way it is constructed, it can handle a lot of wear & tear plus it won’t trap sand in it’s fibers. Yes, I am taking it down to the beach house and putting it in my bathroom there!

Love this bath mat? You should see their matching Blue Seahorse Shower Curtain! Oh my gosh…what a gorgeous set!

Even if you are not into coastal home decor like I am…you can find all kinds of modern looking decor there too! Check out their furniture, pillows, bed & bath, kitchen & dining, lighting, gifts and seasonal items too! You will definitely find something that you love!

Dot & Bo is definitely one of my favorite new stores! I am very impressed with the quality of the bath mat that I received for the review and besides being beautiful…it is very affordable too!

I know that remodeling can be long, hard and tedious work, but I sure wish I was able to at least redecorate a few rooms in my home! I’m not into coastal but I sure love the blue and white!

I have never heard of this company before. I went to their site and I really like their furniture. I also like the seahorse bath mat that you reviewed here. I love nautical themes.

I tried going to the Dot and Bo website, but they require an email address just to enter their site. Too bad, because your review made me want to check them out.
