We do a lot of traveling and I am always looking for bags to help me become hands-free. Seriously, I don’t have time to be dragging around large tote bags and all of that jazz…but I do love having a belt bag or fanny pack!
With that said, most of the belt bags & fanny packs you see out in the retail stores are not stylish, are cheaply made and are certainly not functional.

I recently received “The Maine Course” Belt Bag to review for all of you. Since we do a lot of traveling and hiking…I was super excited to get this pretty bag into my hands. I just love the coral & white lobster print which is trimmed with navy leather. Super soft!
It measures 6″ by 8″ in size which is the perfect size for me to slip in my sunglasses, some money, my cellphone, a travel pack of tissues and keys. It is fully lined and inside you will find a handy pocket to help you keep things organized.
You can wear it with the bag on the front, slide it around for a hip bag or slide it completely around to the back. I personally like to wear it at the side so I can easily get my things in & out.
One of the things I am really impressed about with this clutch bag/belt bag is the quality of leather…it is super soft & pliable! Next, They use a heavy duty entry zipper so you know it is going to hold up for a very long time. It only takes 1 minute to unwrap the strap and get it around your waist. Love that!
I wish I would of had this on vacation last month as it would of came in handy when we would go out walking on the beach or down onto the Wildwood boardwalk. Like I said, I love to be hands free! I am totally psyched about my new belt bag & trust me…it will be going on vacation with me next month for sure!

These are so much more stylish than the traditional fanny packs. I don’t own any fanny packs but I would mind having one of these.
I like this much better than just a crossover bag. I like to carry my old fanny packs to the flea market, garage sales and such. This would look and feel a whole lot better.
I have a couple of fanny packs that I’ll admit are not a bit stylish like this bag is. Much better than what I have.
This seems to be a high quality bag . I love the strong zipper and how it easily converts to wearing with the belt. I am sure that you love the coral and lobster print with your love of coastal themes.
