Get a Healthy Start with Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Greens + Protein

July 6, 2014 by Classystaff

I have confession. I am very bad at eating all of my veggies. I do well for a short period of time and then I fall off the wagon. What’s funny is I don’t hate them. I do like a lot of veggies so it is not that. I am not sure what the problem is really. But I know that they are essential for my heath and well being so I do supplement with greens in the form of a powder or pill, depending on what I have bought.
Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Greens + Protein
The past month, I have been really watching what I eat and have been following a low carb high protein diet and I have been pleased with some great results. Someday I may share some pictures, but not yet. I am not much of a breakfast eater and often forget to eat, especially when working in the mornings. Time gets away from me but I know I need protein and fuel in the mornings! So I was pleased to be able to try out some greens with added protein smoothie for review and see how it worked for me.

Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Greens + Protein is made up of an array of free radical fighting plants and herbs. Each ingredient in Raw Reserve is organic, raw, vegan and of the highest quality. The new Raw Reserve Greens + Protein line also includes 14 grams of plant-based protein from organic quinoa, organic brown rice, organic pumpkin seeds and organic hemp seeds in delicious Chocolate and Vanilla Spice flavors for complete nutrition in one convenient product.

I am pretty good about drinking greens but even so there is something in the back of your head that makes you a bit nervous. This product you can make with water, milk or mix in with your smoothie. I use Almond Milk so I thought I would try that with the Chocolate Flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. You can taste the rich chocolate flavor over anything else so there is no cringing at trying to get down your greens. LOL It is not a sweet taste either but it’s good. I enjoyed the Vanilla too!

I love the shaker cup this came with. It is marked on the side with ounces so I can make a shake or smoothie in a flash and sip it through the morning. It is easy and I know I am doing good things for my body! This Raw Reserve is something that I could easily drink in the mornings for a healthy start and that makes me feel better about not eating “food” every morning.

Amazing Grass has a large selection of different products besides the Raw Reserve. Energy Bars, Kids Superfood, Green Superfood, Amazing Meal and others. This line is found at national health food chains and grocers like Whole Foods, GNC, Sprouts and others. You can use their store locator right on the front page.

Need a healthy start or just need to add some supplement to your diet. Check out Amazing Grass. I am glad I did.

I’ve never heard of this product, but it sounds very interesting. I usually use pea protein.

Although I like veggies I think I cold be eating more greens and seeds. Some of these have probiotics too. I always try to eat big breakfast. When I was working I couldn’t eat breakfast before I drove to work. It would make me feel sick to eat at 5AM. What is funny is that when I retired and start eating breakfat I lost weight without even trying.

I feel fortunate that I like veggies and often can find them here costing only a dollar for several pounds. I’m sure they have sales but they seem awfully expensive. I’ve tried a few samples and they seem pretty good though.

I would love to try this I like that the protein is not from soy. This seems unique to me.
