Would love to try the coconut and amaretto versions. Your cocktails do sound really easy and refreshing. Three very different tastes too to compliment your meals or gatherings. That summer spice sounds really good. Love the use of juices with the jalapeno. If not too much trouble a printable way, especially for that one, would be nice, but I can just write it down. Thanks for the recipes…fun to try new things.
