We love bringing you easy to prepare recipes that do not take a lot of time or money. I enjoy sharing beverage recipes because that is something that is often forgotten and yet it seems we get the most bored with. Well, at least I do. I am always looking for low cal beverages without a lot of sugar. I drink a lot of water and being able to combine flavored waters into a delicious recipe is fun and easy. It just takes a minute to transform these waters into a refreshing summer beverage.
New from Cascade Ice, two new zero-calorie sparkling water flavors – Coconut Pineapple and Coconut Mango! The waters are not only zero-cal but are also free of sugar, sodium and gluten.
With summer just around the corner, it’s time to start switching your hot coffees and teas for something cool and refreshing. But don’t reach for a soda or margarita just yet! Did you know that one soda contains over 40g of sugar? And a margarita can have up to 600 calories per serving! Try these 3 recipes for a tasty twist!
Coconut Mango Punch
Start by pouring 2oz grapefruit juice and 5oz of Cascade Ice Coconut Mango in a chilled glass with ice. Stir gently and garnish with some lemon slices.
Coco-Pineapple Chiller
In a glass, muddle 4 maraschino cherries and 1.5oz of club soda.
Then fill the glass to the top with Cascade Ice Coconut Pineapple.
Stir gently to release the flavors and enjoy!
Mango Twist adult beverage!
Combine the juice of 2 lemon wedges, 1.5 oz of vodka and 4oz of Cascade Ice Coconut Mango in a chilled glass filled with ice.
Stir the contents and garnish the cocktail with a lemon twist
To add flare, start with a sugar rim on the glass.
Thanks to Cascade Ice for sharing the images and recipes with us. Enjoy these tasty recipes this summer!

Cascade Ice has such wonderful flavors. I sometimes add one to a juice to have fewer calories in my drink and in summer I can use it instead of my iced tea or add it to the tea to change the flavor. My favorite of these 3 recipes is the coconut mango punch.
Coconut drinks – yum! I love Cascade Ice’s other flavors so I’ll have to track these down as well. So much better than “regular” soda.
Fruity and refreshing! Thanks. We love those quick and easy recipes, too. Drinks are often overlooked but they add pop and color. Often you just want something to drink to refresh you or give you some flavor. I love that these are easy and low calorie. My daughter goes through a lot of flavored waters. She also will flavor diet sodas, teas, coffee, smoothies with sugar free syrups like Torani or Skinny Syrup….sugar free, low calorie, and add some fun flavors to your beverages, yogurt, ice cream….
Great ideas for cool (and cooling!) drinks. The pictures look so good I want to reach through the screen and grab the glass. I like the idea of starting with a flavored water, because you’re adding depth and flavor without extra ingredients. Thanks for these ideas.
They all sound great! I can just imagine sitting out in the evening with a yummy cold drink this summer!
Thank you so much for sharing these. I may have to try out the Mango Twist Recipe at our World Cup Watch Party that we are hosting Monday.
I really like the Cascade Ice drinks because they are calorie free and taste so good. I need to try the Coconut Mango Punch drink. It sounds so delicious.
It is already so stinkin’ humid and hot here and summer isn’t even here yet that’s it unbelievable! But I’m not complaining…I’d rather have it hot than cold! These all look so light and refreshing!
These look super yummy right about now. I am a water drinker through and through but nothing beats a nice cold fruity drink on a summer day. Thank you for the recipes!
